Dr. Karen E. Neil: An experienced Mindfulness Coach and a specialist pharmacist registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC). Her unique blend of expertise makes her a valuable resource for holistic well-being.

🌿 Mindfulness Practitioner: Karen recognizes the impact of stress and anxiety on health. She has trained extensively in mindfulness-based stress reduction and teaching, sharing her knowledge through workshops and courses across diverse settings.

🏆 Award-Winning Educator: In 2020, Karen received the Global Health and Pharma (GHP) Award for Most Innovative Health and Wellbeing Education Specialist (Midlands).

📚 Published Author: Her research spans molecular pharmacology, safe prescribing, child protection, mental health, disease management, and self-care. Karen co-authored the book Disease Management, published by Pharmaceutical Press.

🌟 Community Engagement: As an active member and trustee of the Institute of Health Promotion and Education (IHPE), Karen contributes to advancing health education. She also supports the Nottingham-based charity Music for Everyone (MfE).
