One of our osteopaths will listen to you explain your problem, ask you questions and give you an expert diagnosis. They will give you instructions for self-care where appropriate, including stretches, exercises and massage, and let you know whether they recommend in-person treatment.
You spend a great deal of your waking life at your workstation. Ensuring proper workstation setup and being aware of good working posture is crucial to maintaining spinal health and avoiding problems like backache, neck ache and RSI.
An online workstation assessment ensures you stay healthy at work. One of our osteopaths will look your working posture and guide you in setting up your workstation to avoid the aches and pains which can lead to more serious problems. You’ll also gain a greater awareness of correct posture whilst working, how to stay healthy and how to recognise the early signs that something may be wrong.
Our fees
A video consultation lasts up to 30 minutes. Bookings are taken online and you can select an appointment day and time when booking.
Bookings can be made at short notice on the day of the appointment, subject to availability.
